Hi, I’m Natasha.

As a practicing psychotherapist for the past 20 years I have had the honor of working with individuals who share their stories with me and allow me to walk with them on their journey towards greater emotional health and wellness.   I am particularly passionate about supporting individual women who are interested in learning how to cultivate and maintain a life they feel good about living.

My Educational and Credentialing Background:

I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Women’s Studies, from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and I have my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.  I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Ohio and support individuals who reside in those states.

My Approach

I use an integrative approach and tailor interventions for every individual with whom I work. Data shows that more important than specific interventions, the relationship between a therapist and a client often has the most impact on therapy outcomes. I prioritize cultivating a healthy therapeutic connection with my clients to help ensure the best outcomes.

My work with clients is primarily oriented to the present. While there will always be time to learn my clients’ stories, which often involves some time spent discussing things that have happened in the past, I focus sessions on the here and now as this is the only time change can occur.

I look forward to talking more and discovering whether you may be a good fit for my approach and services.
